SOL Global Investments Corp. (“SOL Global”) (CSE:SOL) (OTCPK: SOLCF) (Frankfurt:9SB) announced today that Mr. Robert Reid, a Director of the Company, has stepped down from the Board of Directors effective January 3, 2020.
