Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.Mr. Gregg Campbell, a director of Two Rivers Water & Farming Company (the “Company”), provided written notice on April 17, 2016 to the Company that he has decided to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors effective immediately.
There were no disagreements between Mr. Campbell and the Company. Mr. Campbell tendered his resignation based on Mr. Campbell’s new venture in water-related infrastructure and water supply development, which will require significantly more time to adequately serve as a Company director and to avoid any conflicts of interest.
