Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.On May 23, 2016, Terra Tech Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press regarding its subsidiary, Edible Garden Corp., shipping its first order of nutritionally-enhanced lettuce to ShopRite Supermarkets.
