You read that correctly! According to ABC Affiliate 7News Denver, dozens of people have been ticketed for smoking pot in public. It looks like even after all the progress being made in the War FOR Drugs (marijuana in particular), many have failed to pay attention to the current law prohibiting the use of marijuana in public.
