Nevada marijuana shops are waiting for the approval of some good news this week after a health official stated rules are now in place that allows research facilities to being testing marijuana.
Marijuana shops that have received licenses to sell MMJ have been at a stand still for some time now as they waited for the state to finalize guidelines for testing, which is needed before sales can start. However labs can now start the research, business owners told the Las Vegas Review -Journal there are still not certain when they will be allowed to open.
Early gathering were intended to figure how to run efficient meetings, and only during the fourth meeting on the 16th of April did the committee vote on pesticide rules. Out of that gathering, formal state policy was set, however committee members still pondered about the state’s stern guidelines on testing, which could drive up the value, according to the newspaper.
Officials have stated they must follow regulations that already in position and believe MMJ sold in the state will be safer than what you can buy in other markets.
