Also, adjusted gross margins increased to 56% from 4% in 2019. The company also realized an adjusted EBITDA of $60 million compared to a loss of $27 million in 2019.

Another key point TerrAscend raised is the full year 2021 guidance the company expects full-year 2021 net sales to exceed $290 million. Additionally, the company expects adjusted EBITDA to exceed $122 million. For 2021 the company is benefiting from cultivation capacity increases completed in Pennsylvania in 2020.
