Growlife, Inc. (“the Company”) has appointed DLA Piper LLP as special counsel to assist the Company with regulatory matters, including resolving the Company’s grey sheet trading status.
On August 27, 2014, the Company appointed D. Weckstein and Co. Inc. as an investment banker. D. Weckstein and Co. Inc. has filed a 15c2-11 application with FINRA.

While the company is currently without a market maker, its stock does trade directly between buyers and sellers on the grey sheets. This status restricts investors and impacts the Company’s ability to raise capital for its operations.
