Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc. (LDSYF) Affiliate Submits Plans for the Construction of Dispensary in Adelanto, California

The Company’s CEO, Brad Eckenweiler, commented, “The completion of this project represents the final step in the Company’s genetic/seed to final sale financial model. Our goal has always been to deliver pharma-grade products to customers at a price point that leaves no alternative decision – best product, best price. With this new ability, our licensee can deliver products direct to the consumer and reduce the cost of those products by nearly 200%. That translates into significant savings to the customer and a competitive advantage in the marketplace.” The Highway 395 project is easily visible from California Highway 395 with a daily traffic flow of over 120,000 vehicles. The intersection has a traffic light and turn lane for easy access to the proposed dispensary on Rancho Road. The Highway 395 Dispensary project is expected to break ground in early April 2019 with an anticipated opening in July 2019.

The Company will keep shareholders apprised of its progress regarding this project.
