Item 8.01. Other Events.The Company announces today that FINRA has notified the Company that it has received the necessary documentation to announce the requested corporate action by Aegea Inc. (FutureLand Corp) and ClearTrust, LLC. Corporate action is as follow;

New name: FutureLand Corp.

1-400 Reverse Split
Pre-Split TSO: 119,499,261
Post-Split TSO: 298,748
New CUSIP: 36117L107

Daily List Announcement Date: 4/30/2015
Market Effective Date: 5/1/2015

This corporate action will take effect at the open of business 5/1/2015. The new symbol will be AEGAD. The “D” will be removed in 20 business days and the symbol will then be changed to either FUTL or FTLP if it is available at the time.
