Thanks for The Update Bill!

Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FITX) updated shareholders today on recent company developments.

Their partially owned subsidiary, CEN Biotech Inc. was asked not to attend the Town of Lakeshore’s latest meeting. During the meeting, a resolution was passed and the town issued a letter to Health Canada asking them to hold off on issuing a license for FITX’s facility. FITX believes that this resolution being passed contradicts the support that they have received from the town over the past year.

Creative Edge Nutrition is focused on developing innovative, high quality supplements. The company offers a broad spectrum of capsules, tablets, and powders, as well as science based products in the principal categories of weight management, nutrition challenges, energy and fitness. The Company manufactures under strict GMP guidelines at GMP Certified and/or FDA registered facilities. They are partial owners of CEN Biotech, Inc., who is focused on supplying the Canadian public with pharmaceutical-grade medical cannabis under the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR). CEN Biotech Inc. has submitted an application to become a licensed producer and has received already-to-build approval from Health Canada.
