A western Kansas lady is suing the state, and a number of the offices included in addressing and taking her 11-year-old child from her home after he talked at school about her having and utilizing weed. Even though cannabis is still “illegal” in many states. It would seem that “authorities” would what’s left of their common sense in enforcing idiotic laws against it, which usually damages people and/or their families. Apparently Kansas are still unaware that the laws against cannabis were TOTAL BS in the first place and should be nullified immediately!
