$FITX Announces a CEN Biotech Inc. Update

Due to the expected change in policy of the newly elected Administration in Canada as evidenced by the recent mandate of the Minister of Justice, and the anticipated positive effect on the Company, CEN has made a tactical legal decision unilaterally requesting an adjournment of the Judicial Review examinations because of the recent acknowledgment by the Minister of Health of the mandate letter of the Minister of Justice which includes the following:

“Working with the Ministers of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness and Health, create a federal-provincial-territorial process that will lead to the legalization and regulation of marijuana.”

However, to exercise caution, CEN and the Minister of Health makes no suggestion that the Government of Canada will change the regulatory structure for medical marijuana as a result of the mandate letter of the Minister of Justice.

The requested adjournment of the pending Judicial Review case is essentially an extension of time for the depositions of CEN and government officials until early March of 2016.
