$SIPC Announces Availability of Craft Hemp Beers

After extensive consideration the Company has determined to launch two hemp beer brands: Major Hemp Porter and Major Hemp CBDBIES. The CBD version of Major Hemp’s beer launch is infused with liquid CBD extracted from Colorado-grown hemp.

In addition to meeting current local hemp beer demand at Ute Pass the Company has focused on securing national distributors to bring Major Hemp Porter and Major Hemp CBDBIES to the mass market. One such distributor the Company is in discussions with covers over 20 states and has expressed strong interest in carrying a hemp beer line.

The Company has also reached an agreement with Ute Pass Brewing Company for an option to acquire a minority stake in the brewery. For the near term, the two companies will partner to produce Hemp Porter and Major Hemp CBDBIES for both on premise sales and nationwide distribution.
