Colorado Sets Another Record

Well its official folks Colorado has recently broken another marijuana record by selling close to $40 million in recreational marijuana according to the Department of Revenue. This past January the record that was established for recreation marijuana sales came in at 36.4 million. Experts have stated that so much progression and expansion has come from opening more dispensaries in new recreational areas including
one of Colorado’s loved city’s Aurora, which got involved with retail cannabis back in October.
One thing to point out is that Colorado’s complicated marijuana taxes are the amount dedicated to education, which last February was a total of more than $2 million for the second month in row. By the looks of it, Colorado is on course to see more marijuana related tax revenue than it has in 2014.
