New markets are opening up with each election cycle, and entrepreneurs know there is potential opportunity to be had. There’s also a mountain of money to be made as an investor if handled correctly. If you thought so, you’re not alone. Marijuana industry stocks have undergone multiple booms and busts over the past year as profit-seeking professional and amateur investors alike jumped on the speculation bandwagon. Several large venture capital firms have also begun to get in on the action and there are even investing summits being held around the country.  Here are several popular stocks that have begun to catch more attention as “Year 2” goes into full swing in this burgeoning industry.

NTRR Leadership Travels to Colorado to Strike Product Testing Deals With Cannabis Farmers

Representatives from Neutra Corp. (NTRR) and its joint venture partner, Surface to Air Solutions(S2O2), traveled to Colorado this week seeking out new product testing partnerships with local cannabis farmers.

As one of the nation’s top markets for cannabisand its cultivation, Colorado is home to some of the world’s most innovative growers. That makes it the perfect place to test out and demonstrate the joint venture’s suite of market-ready agricultural technologies, said NTRR CEO Chris Brown.

“We’ve already had a very productive meeting with one of the most respected and established growers in Denver,” Brown said. “Colorado, obviously, is on the cutting edge of this industry. S2O2 has developed some very exciting products that we believe are poised to change the way cannabis is cultivated there.”

NTRR is seeking out new partners in the Centennial State to help test and improve antimicrobial products created by S202 to eliminate germs and odors from a wide variety of businesses and institutions where sanitation is paramount. When applied to surfaces, S2O2’s environmentally friendly formulas form an invisible, long-lasting coating that actively protects surfaces from the build-up of organic matter—including bacteria, molds, germs and allergens.

NTRR believes it is an ideal solution to growers that are wary of using pesticides and other harsh chemicals on or near their crops. S2O2’s suite of products is already being tested in California and Canada.

The outreach to farmers this week is only the next step in NTRR’s plan to bring enticing new innovations to a multi-billion-dollar cannabis industry that was the fastest-growing sector of the U.S. economy last year.

NTRR Targets Colorado as Ideal Market to Test New Cannabis Cultivation Technology

Neutra Corp. (NTRR), a provider of innovative all-natural wellness solutions, and joint venture partner Surface to Air Solutions (S2O2) are working to build new partnerships with cannabis cultivators in Colorado to test out and demonstrate the company’s suite of market-ready agricultural technologies.

“Colorado has quickly become the cutting edge of cannabis-related product development and marketing,” said NTRR CEO Chris Brown. “We want NTRR to be a leader in this emerging industry, so Colorado is where we need to be right now. We’re very excited about the tech breakthroughs that we plan to introduce into the cultivation community there.”

NTRR is helping to market and develop antimicrobial products created by S202 to eliminate germs and odors from doctors’ offices, gyms, locker rooms and other at-risk human environments. These products’ unique properties, however, make them a powerful tool in indoor agriculture, as well. When applied to surfaces, S2O2’s environmentally friendly formulas form an invisible, long-lasting coating that actively protects surfaces from the build-up of organic matter—including bacteria, molds, germs and allergens.

The joint venture is seeking cultivation partners in Colorado ready to see the results that are possible using Nano Gro—a colloidal emulsion that accelerates plants’ photosynthesis process, increases their production of sugar and protects them against bacteria, pests and mildew—as well as a hydroxyl generator to improve air quality.

The products are already being tested at growing facilities in California and Canada.

NTRR Plans Bold Expansion Into New Nutraceutical Markets With Versatile Inhalation Technology

    TAMPA, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–

As Neutra Corp. (NTRR) continues to develop new nutraceutical applications for the Diamond Anvil vapor pen, the company is making plans to expose the innovative product offering to potentially lucrative new global markets beyond the legal cannabis industry.

As the popularity of smoke-free delivery devices continues to rise in the legal cannabis industry, Neutra Corp. (NTRR) announced plans today to adapt the technology to deliver vitamins, minerals and other nutraceuticals across multiple industries.

“The success of vaporizers and other smoke-free devices in the cannabis industry has opened our eyes to this technology’s potential,” said NTRR CEO Chris Brown. “We are in the midst of developing new methods to deliver vitamins, herbal extractions, anti-smoking aids and other nutraceutical remedies that are currently taken in more unpleasant and inefficient ways.”

NTRR already has extensive experience with electronic inhalation devices. The Diamond Anvil vapor pen, originally developed by Diamond Anvil Designs, is one of the most versatile portable vaporizers ever devised. Unlike many competing products, the Diamond Anvil can accommodate dry herbs, oils, waxes and other extractions. The device features customizable power levels, multi-substance vaporization capacity and best-in-class durability, making it a unique and groundbreaking product in the fast-growing vaporization industry.

NTRR acquired Diamond Anvil Designs last year in order to market and develop a lightweight, portable, smoke-free delivery system that will stand out from competing products in a rapidly growing marketplace. Currently, the company is testing a redesigned pen featuring a new wickless atomizer and more durable tubing to improve the Diamond Anvil’s functionality even further.

By marketing vaporizers and other inhalation technologies to health-conscious consumers in new industries, NTRR hopes to significantly expand its earnings potential.

NTRR Prepares to Deliver New Technologies for the Fastest Growing Industry in the U.S.

    MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–

As Neutra Corp. (NTRR) and its partners continue to market and develop new products to serve theU.S. cannabis industry, a new report from analystsArcView Market Research named that rapidly expanding industry as the fastest-growing in the country.

In its new publication, “State of Legal Marijuana Markets – 3rd Edition,” ArcView reports that the U.S. market for legal cannabis grew 74 percent in 2014 to $2.7 billion, up from $1.5 billion the year before. Such staggering growth has outpaced all other domestic industries, with more dramatic expansion forecast to come. ArcView predicts that over the next five years, 14 more states will legalize the plant for adult use.

“Interest and investment in the U.S. cannabis industry skyrocketed in 2014,” said NTRR CEO Chris Brown. “2015 is set to be even bigger. NTRR is hard at work bringing innovative new technologies to consumers and businesses in this space in order to carve out a share of this business for our company and expose our investors to this phenomenal growth opportunity.”

Last year, Oregon and Alaska become the third and fourth states to legalize recreational cannabis, which means cannabis stores could open in both states as soon as 2016. Proposals also passed allowing the possession of cannabis in Washington, D.C. and South Portland, Maine, and Guam became the first U.S. territory to approve medical cannabis.

This historic cannabis market expansion inspired NTRR to partner with up-and-coming innovators in a large ancillary market that is also benefiting from the fast-growing legalized cannabis industry. Alongside partners like Vertigo Technologies, Diamond Anvil Designs and Surface to Air Solutions, the company is working to deliver powerful, practical breakthroughs in the indoor cultivation and delivery of cannabis and other nutraceuticals.

NTRR Joint Venture Partner S2O2 Expands into Canadian Cannabis Industry with Plant-Boosting Antimicrobial Surface Treatments

    TAMPA, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) and joint venture partner Surface to Air Solutions (S2O2) expanded into the Canadian cannabis industry this week, announcing that they are now working with a licensed cannabis grower in Canada to demonstrate that their antimicrobial surface treatments can protect indoor crops by eliminating mold, fungus, germs, bacteria, allergens and pests.

“New changes in Canadian legislation have opened the door to a thriving cannabis economy there,” said NTRR CEO Chris Brown. “That presents a tremendous opportunity for our company and our partners. S2O2’s products will help ensure that this farmer’s dispensary clients and their patients will receive only high-quality products. As we demonstrate our products’ capabilities, we expect them to become an industry-wide standard in the very near future.”

S2O2’s antimicrobial products have already been used effectively to eliminate germs and odors from doctors’ offices, gyms, locker rooms and other human environments. Now, cannabis growers in the U.S. and Canada have access to the same benefits. When applied to surfaces, S2O2’s environmentally friendly formula forms an invisible, long-lasting coating that actively protects surfaces from the build-up of organic matter—including bacteria, molds, germs and allergens.

Additionally, the Canadian farm will also test two other S2O2 products in its cultivation rooms: Nano Gro—a colloidal emulsion that accelerates plants’ photosynthesis process, increases their production of sugar and protects them against bacteria, pests and mildew—as well as a hydroxyl generator to improve air quality.

“S2O2’s amazing products have made them a valuable partner, and we’re very pleased to put them to use in this rapidly emerging new industry,” Brown said. “We believe we could be on the cusp of making these products standard for cannabis cultivation in North America.”

NTRR CEO: 2015 Poised to Be Another BIG Year for the Cannabis Industry

    TAMPA, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–

After the U.S. cannabis industry enjoyed its biggest and most prosperous year ever in 2014, Neutra Corp. (NTRR) and other innovators working to capitalize on the industry’s rise now look ahead to a year expected be even bigger — and more lucrative.

“Last year saw so many landmark breakthroughs for the cannabis industry, including the beginning of adult-use sales in Colorado and Washington, the release of new Federal banking guidelines for the industry, voter approval of adult-use measures in Alaska, Oregon and Washington, D.C., and so much more,” said NTRR CEO Chris Brown. “Momentum in 2014 was unprecedented and laid quite a solid foundation for 2015, which is poised to be another big year for the industry. NTRR expects tremendous opportunities in the cannabis ancillary markets to present themselves this year.”

Industry-watchers have already predicted that 2015 could be another year of major market growth for the U.S. cannabis sector, with more states opting to regulate the nutraceutical plant either via referendum or legislation.

“Mainstream support for cannabis continues to grow, both in the media and amongst the general public. Politicians appear certain to follow. Most importantly, though, will be the increase in corporate investment and innovation into the cannabis sector and its ancillary industries as it grows into a powerful economic driver.”

NTRR plans to spend much of 2015 hard at work capturing its own slice of cannabis’ phenomenal growth. Alongside joint venture partner Vertigo Technologies, NTRR will market the new Contain A Grow indoor horticultural systems to cannabis cultivators and other nutraceutical farmers. The pair recently unveiled a new model unit: a 30-ft. portable blooming system featuring 108 square feet of growing area outfitted with high-pressure sodium lights; vented, air-cooled reflectors; a five-ton split A/C unit; standard 120-volt power; digital light timers and more. Contain A Grow can custom-build future systems to customer specifications.

NTRR CEO Issues Letter to Shareholders Detailing Company’s Growth, Benchmarks for 2015

TAMPA, Fla.– Neutra Corp. (NTRR) CEO Chris Brown issued an open letter to investors today detailing the company’s progress in 2014 and its ambitious business strategy for the new year to come:

    Dear Shareholders,

2014 was a huge year both for Neutra Corp. (NTRR) and for our booming industry. In order to capture a growing share of the fast-rising U.S. nutraceuticals market, we targeted a number of new technologies for marketing and development with the potential to revolutionize the way people cultivate and utilize plants and herbs for the purposes of health and wellness in this country. In service of our mission to make consumer nutraceuticals more reliable, more effective and more affordable, NTRR forged exciting new partnerships this year that have spawned cutting-edge advances with enormous market potential. More importantly, we began development on technologies with the potential to dramatically improve the health and wellness of millions of Americans.

With the market for cannabis in the United States forecast by some experts to reach as high as $35 billion by 2020, entry into this exploding marketplace was a top priority for our company in 2014. The cannabis industry is currently enjoying unprecedented mainstream momentum, and we believe the potential is there to deliver incredible revenues for NTRR and our investors.

With the help of joint venture partner Vertigo Technologies, our company set out to deliver a new concept to help ensure flawless, professional, indoor cultivation of cannabis and other nutraceutical plants and herbs in approved markets. Key to this mission was the development of a self-contained, turn-key horticultural system with extreme versatility for indoor farmers with exacting standards. This year, Vertigo Technologies acquired Contain A Grow, a producer of high-tech, indoor horticulture systems designed to be implemented virtually anywhere. Fabricated from common shipping containers, the company’s all-in-one Contained Agriculture Controlled Environment System provides a closed, controlled environment that can be used to produce any number of climate-controlled indoor crops.

Now, the joint venture is leveraging contacts that NTRR made at last month’s 2014 Marijuana Business Conference & Expo in Las Vegas to strike a potential deal to outfit Contain A Grow pods with the very latest in indoor lighting and drying systems. The company recently finished extensive testing with growers in California, with testing scheduled to begin at a large Colorado facility in the coming year.

NTRR also made it a priority to deliver to the marketplace a new, cutting-edge solution to delivering nutraceutical THC and CBD compounds to consumers without smoke. With this goal in mind, NTRR hired Dr. Richard Kaufman, a specialist in nutraceutical delivery systems and cannabinoid products, to act as our director of research and development. The company also made the timely acquisition of Diamond Anvil Designs, a forward-thinking developer of lightweight, portable, smoke-free inhalation systems.

In addition, NTRR has worked with another joint venture partner, Surface to Air Solutions (S2O2), this year to market and develop cutting-edge sanitation solutions for the indoor horticulture market and beyond. The joint venture is currently testing new, non-toxic products designed to eliminate molds, fungus, and other pests from indoor growing environments. S2O2 also acquired ZeroBlast, a company that uses similar technology to treat locker rooms, classrooms, hospitals and other institutions with a non-toxic solution designed to keep surfaces germ- and virus-free. Since this purchase, ZeroBlast has added more than 30 new full-time customers in just eight months: among them, police stations, dental offices, CrossFit gyms, and four major universities.

Not everything went according to plan in 2014. Manufacturing difficulties slowed our progress with the Diamond Anvil Vapor Pen. Our joint venture with Field of View Technologies to develop an herbal alternative to the drug Adderall has necessitated more extensive testing than originally conceived. Plans to deliver a post-production horticultural trimmer with Vertigo Technologies proved challenging and resource-intensive. The good news is, these and other promising projects are on track for success in 2015. And best of all, the market for nutraceuticals—including our cannabis-related products now in development—continues to grow at an outstanding pace.

As our new products hit shelves in the coming year, I have no doubt that 2015 with be a historic period for our company and for our investors. There has never been a more exciting time to be a part of the NTRR team. We look forward to your continued support in the new year!

    Sincerely,

    Chris Brown
    President and CEO

NTRR: Decision to Allow Cannabis Cultivation and Sales on Indian Reservations Could Lead to More Explosive Growth in Multi-Billion-Dollar U.S. Cannabis Industry

    TAMPA, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–

Neutra Corp. (NTRR) and other innovators working to serve the needs of the fast-growing U.S. cannabis industry received more good news last week when the Department of Justice announced that it would allow Native American tribes to cultivate and sell cannabis on their reservations—even in states where the plant remains outlawed. It’s a move many experts believe could trigger a massive new wave of growth in an industry forecast to be worth as much as $35 billion by 2020.

“There are more than 300 reservations in 30 states across the country,” said NTRR CEO Chris Brown. “If even a small percentage of these tribal nations elect to make cannabis available on their lands, access to the medicinal herb could soon be no more than a short car trip away for broad swaths of the United States.”

“More importantly, it should become more and more difficult for the federal government to justify cannabis’ status as a Schedule 1 drug if millions of Americans can purchase it safely and responsibly at a neighborhood dispensary or a nearby reservation,” he added.

Tribes will have to follow the same federal guidelines for legalizing the plant as the four states that have already elected to do so, including preventing distribution to minors and ensuring that proceeds do not go to gangs or cartels.

NTRR is preparing for the phenomenal growth predicted to come in the U.S. cannabis industry by working to deliver innovative new products to serve the rapidly expanding marketplace. Earlier this year, NTRR acquired Diamond Anvil Designs, a cutting-edge developer of smoke-free nutraceutical delivery systems that can be adapted to deliver a variety of substances, including dry herbs, oils and waxes. The lightweight, portable vapor pen represents a major breakthrough in vaporization technology thanks to customizable power levels, multi-substance vaporization capacity and best-in-class durability.
