NTRR CEO Issues Letter to Shareholders Detailing Company’s Growth, Benchmarks for 2015

TAMPA, Fla.– Neutra Corp. (NTRR) CEO Chris Brown issued an open letter to investors today detailing the company’s progress in 2014 and its ambitious business strategy for the new year to come:

Dear Shareholders,

2014 was a huge year both for Neutra Corp. (NTRR) and for our booming industry. In order to capture a growing share of the fast-rising U.S. nutraceuticals market, we targeted a number of new technologies for marketing and development with the potential to revolutionize the way people cultivate and utilize plants and herbs for the purposes of health and wellness in this country. In service of our mission to make consumer nutraceuticals more reliable, more effective and more affordable, NTRR forged exciting new partnerships this year that have spawned cutting-edge advances with enormous market potential. More importantly, we began development on technologies with the potential to dramatically improve the health and wellness of millions of Americans.

With the market for cannabis in the United States forecast by some experts to reach as high as $35 billion by 2020, entry into this exploding marketplace was a top priority for our company in 2014. The cannabis industry is currently enjoying unprecedented mainstream momentum, and we believe the potential is there to deliver incredible revenues for NTRR and our investors.

With the help of joint venture partner Vertigo Technologies, our company set out to deliver a new concept to help ensure flawless, professional, indoor cultivation of cannabis and other nutraceutical plants and herbs in approved markets. Key to this mission was the development of a self-contained, turn-key horticultural system with extreme versatility for indoor farmers with exacting standards. This year, Vertigo Technologies acquired Contain A Grow, a producer of high-tech, indoor horticulture systems designed to be implemented virtually anywhere. Fabricated from common shipping containers, the company’s all-in-one Contained Agriculture Controlled Environment System provides a closed, controlled environment that can be used to produce any number of climate-controlled indoor crops.

Now, the joint venture is leveraging contacts that NTRR made at last month’s 2014 Marijuana Business Conference & Expo in Las Vegas to strike a potential deal to outfit Contain A Grow pods with the very latest in indoor lighting and drying systems. The company recently finished extensive testing with growers in California, with testing scheduled to begin at a large Colorado facility in the coming year.

NTRR also made it a priority to deliver to the marketplace a new, cutting-edge solution to delivering nutraceutical THC and CBD compounds to consumers without smoke. With this goal in mind, NTRR hired Dr. Richard Kaufman, a specialist in nutraceutical delivery systems and cannabinoid products, to act as our director of research and development. The company also made the timely acquisition of Diamond Anvil Designs, a forward-thinking developer of lightweight, portable, smoke-free inhalation systems.

In addition, NTRR has worked with another joint venture partner, Surface to Air Solutions (S2O2), this year to market and develop cutting-edge sanitation solutions for the indoor horticulture market and beyond. The joint venture is currently testing new, non-toxic products designed to eliminate molds, fungus, and other pests from indoor growing environments. S2O2 also acquired ZeroBlast, a company that uses similar technology to treat locker rooms, classrooms, hospitals and other institutions with a non-toxic solution designed to keep surfaces germ- and virus-free. Since this purchase, ZeroBlast has added more than 30 new full-time customers in just eight months: among them, police stations, dental offices, CrossFit gyms, and four major universities.

Not everything went according to plan in 2014. Manufacturing difficulties slowed our progress with the Diamond Anvil Vapor Pen. Our joint venture with Field of View Technologies to develop an herbal alternative to the drug Adderall has necessitated more extensive testing than originally conceived. Plans to deliver a post-production horticultural trimmer with Vertigo Technologies proved challenging and resource-intensive. The good news is, these and other promising projects are on track for success in 2015. And best of all, the market for nutraceuticals—including our cannabis-related products now in development—continues to grow at an outstanding pace.

As our new products hit shelves in the coming year, I have no doubt that 2015 with be a historic period for our company and for our investors. There has never been a more exciting time to be a part of the NTRR team. We look forward to your continued support in the new year!

Sincerely,

Chris Brown
President and CEO
